The purchase of hydraulic valves of Chase has been very smooth for 2 years, but a recent order for hydraulic valve blocks made him very difficult. In the sample approval stage of the hydraulic valve block, the samples had been revised for 4 times, but during the test, it was still found that there were different degrees of burrs at the cross holes of the valve block.
The burr of hydraulic valve block is produced during drilling. The shape and size of the burr are related to the spindle speed, drilling feed, work piece material, cutting tool, coolant, bit geometric angle and other factors. It really needs unique skills to clean it thoroughly.
Chase found AAK hydraulic valve through Google search. He emailed us some common questions about the hydraulic valve block. I felt that he had encountered a problem, but he was not sure whether I could solve it and also afraid of wasting time. I directly asked him to tell me the problem of the hydraulic valve block. If it could be solved, I would make the sample directly for him to test. Perhaps he was also surprised that I was so direct, and immediately sent me the drawing of the hydraulic valve block with a special mark in red, saying that it must be 100% burr free.
How to remove burrs? Different manufacturers have different treatment processes. The hydraulic valve factory cooperated with Chase uses manual method to remove burrs. The work piece is polished and deburred with tools such as file, sandpaper and grinding head. This method has blind spots, general effect and low efficiency, especially for the burrs in complex cross holes.
How to remove burrs for 100%? AAK adopts the high-pressure solution injection method, weakens the magnetism of the burr with the solution, and then uses the instantaneous impact force of the liquid to not only ensure that the burr of the hydraulic valve block is 100% eradicated, but also effectively clean each part of the hydraulic valve block. Most of our peers do not have such a process.
