Description :

Butterfly valve.
1. Material: body: SS 304, SS 316 or SS 316L (cast or forged)
2. Material: handle: SS3 04 Solid bar with phenolic knob for 4 position.
3. Nylon 6 + reinforce glass fiber handle with SS 304 gripper bar or all SS 304 handle for 12 position.
4. Seat: silicone, EPDM and Viton is available
5. Operation: available for pull handle 4 position and gripper handle 12 position.

Specification :

1. Range of control systems: available for air actuators, micro switches, solenoids, etc.

2. Size: usually 1" - 4", any size is demandable.

3. Fitting ends: BS, DIN, SMS, 3A, weld ends, male ends and clamp ends.

4. Working Pressure: -0.9 to 10 bar for cast body. -0.9 to 20 bar for forged body.

5. Working temperature: -10℃ up to 150℃.

6. Disk head size: 9.4 x 9.4mm available for cast & forged, body. 8 x 12mm, 12 x 12mm available for forged body.

7. Safety: 100% 6kgf/cm2 air or 25kgf/cm2 hydraulic and 300k times cycle test.
